All our rooms are housed within a beamed Victorian coach-house, built in 1838 and in a delightful courtyard setting. You are promised traditional charm and independent access to come and go as you please.

Just nine miles from Alton Towers we are also ideally located to discover the heritage and factory shops of The Potteries; tour the spa towns of Buxton, Ashbourne and Bakewell  or visit one of the magnificent stately homes such as Shugborough or Chatsworth. Explore the antique shops as you wander through the historic market town of Leek  just four miles away.

Prospect House is open all year round and can offer single, twin, or double rooms, some on the ground floor.

All rooms have en-suite shower and toilet facilities.

A car park is provided adjacent to the property.

Flexible mealtimes are offered to suit your itinerary and we are happy to cater for special dietary requirements.

Should you have a special event to celebrate it will be our pleasure to cater for all your specific needs.

We invite you to relax in our cosy guest sitting room equipped with video recorder library and games. Alternatively, feel to unwind in our sun lounge overlooking the cottage garden.
