Bed and Breakfast

We have two rooms in our family home.

The double room with en-suite bathroom and views across the valley.

The twin bedded room has an en-suite shower room and views over the courtyard and gardens.

Tea and coffee making facilities are in both bed and breakfast rooms and a TV is supplied in the double room.

You are welcome to use the lounge downstairs during your stay which has a TV with DVD and Freeview.

Your full English breakfast using local produce and our own free range eggs is served in our Conservatory, which has amazing views of the Otter Valley.

Wisteria

Three bedrooms. Sleeps 5 + cot.

A very comfortable beamed cottage overlooking the pretty stream and gardens.

Attractive sitting room with wood burner in stone inglenook. Spacious well equipped kitchen with dining area and access to patio.

Double bedroom. Cloakroom/W.C. First floor: Master double bedroom with four poster bed, colour TV and en suite bathroom/W C. shower. Single bedroom. Shower room/WC.

Jasmine

Two bedrooms. Sleeps 3 + cot

A spacious and stylishly furnished cottage. Hall. Spacious sitting room with wood burner.

Well equipped kitchen with dining area and access to raised patio.

First floor: Double bedroom with four poster bed, colour TV and single bedroom both with exposed roof timbers.

Bathroom/W C. shower. 2 Colour TVs; Shared garden; Patio with furniture; BBQ. Unsuitable for the infirm; No pets.

Enjoying lovely country views, this comfortable, fully restored former part of a 17th century Devon Long House offers exceptional comfort. Rear entrance porch.
