This beautifully designed cottage, built by local craftsmen using traditional materials and methods is situated in Newstead, the oldest continually inhabited village in Scotland, with a wealth of historical and archaeological attractions.  The picturesque town of melrose is within one mile and easily reached by a choice of level, roadsside or country paths, by the beautiful Abbey.

For walking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, golfing and visiting many historic and archaeological sites without needing to take the car, this lovely, comfortable cottage with its uninterrupted, panoramic views, provides a holiday home which is second to none.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is required at the time of confirmation of the booking with the balance being paid two weeks before the commencement date of the rental period.
