A warm welcome awaits you when you arrive at our Grade II listed late Georgian house with a large garden located in the small village of West Huntspill in the historic Sedgemoor district.

Our aim is for all our guests to feel at home and comfortable during their stay and are welcome to make use of our large garden.

There is a cat in residence; therefore we are unable to accept pet dogs. Assistance dogs are welcome.

In the interests of health and safety Smoking is NOT allowed in any part of the house.

There are 3 Bedrooms each having television, hospitality tray, hairdryer and a small refrigerator for soft drinks for consumption on the premises. There is full central heating thoughout.

Room 1 - has a double bed and ensuite shower with hand basin and toilet and a heated towel rail.

Room 2 - has twin beds and ensuite shower with hand basin and toilet and a heated towel rail.

Room 3 - has a double bed. The private bathroom is located outside the bedroom and has a full size bath with a shower attachment. Hand basin and toilet and a heated towel rail. Towelling Bathrobes are provided.

Breakfast/Dining Room - This pleasant room looks out onto what was originally a stable yard and now has a small greenhouse and a trellis with trailing and hanging plants.

Guest Sitting Room - This room looks out onto the garden and has a large screen television. A selection of books is available.

All rooms are £65.00 per night double occupancy and £40.00 per night single occupancy. This includes your choice of breakfast from the menu. Full payment is required at time of booking. For cancellations made outside of 48hrs, a full refund will be made. We accept all major credit cards.
