Centrally located for visiting Dorset's Jurassic coastline with the impressive Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door within 18 miles. The award-winning sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Weymouth are within an hours drive. Many attractions are available such as Sherborne’s new and old castles, Longleat and numerous National Trust properties, to name but a few.

The accommodation is all arranged on the ground floor and offers ONE double bedroom with French doors opening onto a private patio. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, Freeview, DVD and hi-fi. Sofa bed in lounge, suitable for a child, available on request. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. Conservatory with countryside views with additional comfortable and dining seating for those warmer days.

Outside there is a private patio with seating and BBQ, guests can also enjoy the garden to the front of the conservatory, privacy is assured but the owners have access to their vegetable garden. Regret no washing machine. Parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels and electric included, central heating is an extra £15 per week from November to Easter and is payable to the owner on arrival. 1 dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Pub and shop 1.5 miles.
