David and Tina Mulvey welcome  you to their home, a fine period farmhouse, retaining many of its original features.

We came to Northumberland in 1991 and  have been at Hay Farm since 1999. During this time we have refurbished the house to our taste, hopefully  reflecting its age; while giving it all the modern touches.

It is a very happy family home and hope that this shows through when you stay with us. We have 4 beautifully appointed rooms with wonderful views over the Cheviot Hills and the Scottish Borders. All are decorated to reflect the period with comfort, luxury, and a peaceful nights sleep in mind.

For those chillier evenings there is an electric blanket on each bed and with extra deep mattresses to add to your comfort, relaxation is assured. TV with freeview, DVD player, hairdryer, a well stocked refreshment tray, sumptuous toiletries and thick fluffy towels all add to the 'Hay Farm experience'

Our delicious Aga cooked breakfast is served from 8.15 am to 9.15 am. With an extensive menu to choose from
