Grosvenor Place is an attractive three-storey Georgian town-house within the City Walls of Chester. It is run by owners Russell and Anne Lyons.

We like to think of ourselves as a "traditional" B&B, offering a personal service. Useful advice and local knowledge in a homely, relaxed atmosphere.

Our delicious breakfasts include locally produced sausage and bacon, Cheshire tomatoes, our own free-range eggs and homemade jam when available.

A vegetarian breakfast is available as an option.Help yourself to orange juice, cereals and fruits.

Comfortably furnished rooms all with en-suite shower rooms, colour television and tea/coffee making facilities.

All our rooms have central heating.

We are able to accommodate guests in single, double, twin and family rooms.

Internet access will be available in all rooms.

Parking permits available.

Long-stay car park two minutes away.

Tariff, Terms and Conditions:

All room rates include full breakfast.
Children under 2 Free.
Children Aged 2-12 Half price.
Cots available on request.

Payment is by cash, cheque or most credit cards.

A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your room.

We require all rooms to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

We would ask that you pay outstanding balance on arrival as mornings are generally very hectic.

All rooms are strictly no smoking.
