This self catering holiday rental accommodation is situated on the south Wales coast, close to the city of Swansea and conveniently located for visiting east and west Wales,Cardiff, Carmarthen and Pembroke.

 The bungalow can be found close to the old fishing village of Mumbles, near the beach at Limeslade, Mumbles, Swansea, on the Gower peninsula, recently featured on 'Britains Favourite View'.

 The bungalow enjoys its own dedicated parking space and there is usually additional parking spaces available no more than 75 yards from the bungalow.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two 3ft single beds. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, chair and carpeted floor.

A breakfast bar separates the lounge /kitchen area measuring 23ft x 10ft.

The fully equipped kitchen has the following appliances for your convenience: electric cooker, micro wave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The comfortable lounge area has a colour TV (with Sky Freesat), video recorder and radio, fitted carpet, dining table, an armchair and two comfortable sofas, one of which, a bed/settee, provides another double bed, if required.
