The guest house has been modernised for your comfort with a fully licensed bar.

We are located very close to all shops markets,pubs,clubs,the famous blackpool tower, winter gardens, pleasure beach, coach park, the guest house is within 2 mins from the promenade. The car park is within 5 mins walking distance.

We have rooms to suit family of 3, and rooms for couples and also a single room. All rooms are fully furnished having central heating and double glazed windows for those home from home comforts and we provide toiletries to all rooms with complimentary tea/coffee making facilities upon arrival and with a colour tv in every room.
